These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pivotly, a service operated by LANDIEL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Pivotly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Pivotly is an AI-assisted job application service that submits job applications on behalf of subscribers using a shared email address provided by the subscriber. Pivotly offers three subscription plans and career coaching packages as described on our website.
All plans require a one-time, non-refundable $100 account setup fee. This fee covers profile creation, resume analysis, and full onboarding. It is charged separately from your subscription and is not applied toward application credits.
Pivotly offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize LANDIEL to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All plans require 30 days advance written notice to cancel. Notice must be submitted in writing to landiel@landiel.com. Cancellations without 30 days advance notice will continue to be billed for the full 30-day notice period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Subscribers may place their account on hold for $50 per month. While on hold, no applications will be submitted and your subscription billing is paused. Your profile, history, and settings remain intact. Accounts on hold do not incur the $100 setup fee upon reactivation. To place your account on hold, contact us at landiel@landiel.com.
Career coaching packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once the coaching session has been scheduled or delivered. Packages include:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize LANDIEL to charge the applicable fees. LANDIEL does not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.
To use Pivotly, you must provide a shared email address through which applications will be submitted. By providing this email address, you confirm that you have the right to use it and authorize Pivotly to submit applications on your behalf using that address. All employer communications will go directly to that email address. Pivotly will never intercept, read, or respond to employer communications on your behalf.
Pivotly does not guarantee job interviews, offers of employment, or any specific outcome from submitted applications. Results vary based on many factors including but not limited to market conditions, qualifications, and employer decisions outside of our control.

You may not use Pivotly to apply for positions you are not qualified for, submit false or misleading information, violate any applicable employment laws, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
All content, design, and functionality of the Pivotly website and service are the property of LANDIEL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Washington State law, LANDIEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pivotly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington State. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at landiel@landiel.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Pivotly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
